Students gather outside Cate Center

Students are confronted by members of OU's Housing Center Student Association outside of Cate Center and are told to be wary of the area around Adams Center, where a student is sitting on a ledge on the 12th floor of Tarman Tower. The student agreed to come back in the building after about an hour.
