OU women’s basketball (17-5, 5-4 SEC) dropped to No. 11 in the AP poll after its 78-70 loss to No. 4 Texas (21-2, 6-2 SEC) and its 85-58 win over Texas A&M (8-9, 1-7 SEC).

The Sooners are the fifth-highest ranked team of the nine Southeastern Conference teams ranked in this week's AP Poll. The SEC programs ranked are as follows:

• No. 3 South Carolina (21-2, 7-1 SEC)

• No. 4 Texas

• No. 5 LSU (21-2, 7-2 SEC)

• No. 7 Vanderbilt (21-2, 7-2 SEC)

• No. 11 OU

• No. 13 Mississippi (18-4, 5-2 SEC)

• No. 16 Kentucky (18-5, 5-4 SEC)

• No. 19 Tennessee (14-5, 6-1 SEC)

• No. 21 Alabama (19-4, 5-4 SEC)

Next, the Sooners will take on No. 7 Vanderbilt at 8 p.m. on Feb. 9 at the Memorial Gymnasium on ESPN2.
