OU football lands 4-star quarterback Bowe Bentley

Bowe Bentley, a 2026 quarterback, committed to OU on Friday.

Bentley is ranked as a four-star according to the On3 industry ranking and is the No. 7 quarterback in the class of 2026. Following Jaden O’Neal’s decommitment late Thursday night, all attention went towards securing Bentley.

Bentley is from Celina, Texas and attends Celina High School. The Sooners beat out LSU for his services.

Following Bentley’s commitment, OU now ranks 19th in the country according to On3 and rank ninth in the SEC. Bentley now becomes OU’s highest ranked commit in the class of 2026.
