Stanford offensive lineman Jake Maikkula will transfer to Oklahoma.

The junior transfer is listed at 6’5 and 290 pounds. Pro Football Focus named him the highest-graded offensive lineman in 2024. Maikkula played in all 12 games for Stanford last season, making 11 starts.

Maikkula, one of the most coveted offensive linemen in the portal, chose Oklahoma over UCLA. He’s taken reps at left guard, right guard, and center, providing OU’s newly revamped offensive line with an added boost of experience. Maikkula will join former five-star freshmen Michael Fasusi and consensus four-star freshman Ryan Fodje as promising new additions for offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh’s unit, which struggled in its first SEC showing.
