The Southeastern Conference announced that four Oklahoma players made the All-SEC Team on Tuesday.

The selections were made by the league's head coaches, who were not permitted to vote on their own on players. Senior linebacker Danny Stutsman, who recorded 109 total tackles and a sack during the regular season, was named to the All-SEC First Team.

Stutsman is a finalist for the Butkus Award and started all 12 games this season. He ranks fourth in the SEC and 22nd nationally by averaging 9.1 tackles per game.

Junior defensive lineman R Mason Thomas was named to the All-SEC Second Team. He leads the Sooners with 11.5 tackles for loss and 11 quarterback hurries. More than half of his 22 tackles this season have been for lost yardage, and he has recorded two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries, returning one for a touchdown at LSU on Nov. 30.

Senior defensive back Billy Bowman Jr. and sophomore long snapper Ben Anderson were the other two selections and were both named to the All-SEC Third Team.

Bowman started all 12 games at safety and ranks fourth on the team with his 54 tackles. He is tied for the team lead with his two interceptions and his two fumble recoveries, one of which was returned 43 yards for a touchdown at Missouri on Nov. 9. He has also notched 2.5 tackles for loss, three pass breakups and a quarterback hurry.

Anderson, who was a semifinalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award, has served as the long snapper on all of Oklahoma’s punts and placekicks over the past two seasons.

Oklahoma (6-6, 2-6 SEC) will wrap up its season against Navy (6-3, 6-2 AAC) in the Armed Forces Bowl at 11 a.m. on Dec. 27 at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas.
