The 2025 SEC Football Media Days are set to kick off Monday, July 14, in Atlanta, marking the official start of the college football preseason for the nation’s premier conference.

The event will run Monday through Thursday, with all 16 teams represented by their head coach and three players. Four teams will be featured each day.
SEC commissioner Greg Sankey will open the event on Monday at 9 a.m., followed by LSU, South Carolina, Mississippi and Vanderbilt.
OU head coach Brent Venables will take the stage on Wednesday accompanied by quarterback John Mateer, defensive end R Mason Thomas and safety Robert Spears-Jennings. The Sooners are scheduled to speak from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Coverage of Media Days will air on SEC Network, with The Paul Finebaum Show broadcasting live each afternoon providing additional coverage.
