OU Food Services reopened the Jan Marie and Richard J. Crawford University Club last week for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020.
According to a Monday press release, the University Club is for lunch with friends and colleagues or reservations for special events.
The new menu includes pizzas, a salad bar and daily specials, such as beef bourguignon and Scandinavian salmon. The pizza sauce is made fresh daily in-house.
The University Club returned to the second floor of the Oklahoma Memorial Union, according to its manager, Michelle McBroom-Johnson.
The reopening of the University Club has been anticipated for over two years as various restaurants continued to open back up after the pandemic.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations are available by contacting the University Club or McBroom-Johnson.
