Development for an apartment complex on College Avenue near OU’s Norman campus is intended to begin during summer.
The Revv, an apartment complex being constructed on College Avenue near Lambda Chi Alpha, will be built after its sister location opens in June.
According to Amy Bass, a Norman real estate agent, the College Avenue facility may open in summer 2025 with around 90 bedrooms.
Bass said another Revv location, at 222 McCullough St., will open on June 1 and construction on the College Avenue facility will begin after. She added it will be larger than the McCullough location.
“As soon as we finish on McCullough here in the next few months, we'll get back over and get started on the one on College,” Bass said. “We're just trying to bring people aware that that building is about ready to roll.”
According to the Revv website, rooms at McCullough start at $995 per month. Floor plans range from two bed and one bath, two bed and two bath to three bed and two bath.
Amenities include built-in dressers and desks, refrigerators with ice makers, washers and dryers, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers and disposal. The McCullough facility also includes a safe room, parking for every unit, a second floor balcony common area and Cox internet, according to the website.
Opening dates for the College Avenue location will be available through the Revv website, according to a billboard located at the development site.
