Advocacy group protests Boren's penny tax [LIVE BLOG]

OU President David Boren informs the staff of The Oklahoma Daily about his penny sales tax proposal Oct. 7, 2015. A nonpartisan advocacy organization named OCPA Impact will protest his proposal at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Oklahoma Supreme Court building. 

OCPA Impact, a "nonpartisan advocacy group," will protest OU President David Boren's proposal of a one cent increase to the state sales tax this morning in Oklahoma City. Daily reporter Tanner Osborne will be live tweeting the event. Follow along here:
