Whether killing time before the Red River Rivalry or searching for gifts to bring home, Dallas has plenty to offer shoppers. Here are a few places to check out before or after the game.
Mockingbird Station Shopping Center
Built next to the DART SMU/Mockingbird station, Mockingbird Station Shopping Center features more than 35 restaurants, shops and entertainment options. The center includes retailers ranging from Bath & Body Works to Centre.

Dallas Farmers Market
Situated in the heart of downtown, the Dallas Farmers Market features local vendors offering everything from stone-fired pizza to artisanal handmade soaps. Most of the restaurants and shops are found in The Market, with additional stores in The Shops at Harvest Lofts and The Shops at Taylor Lofts.
During gameday weekend, the market will host pop-up vendors and live performances from artists Wang Taylor and Courtney Istre.

Highland Park Village
Opened in 1931 as the nation’s first shopping center, Highland Park Village features more than 70 luxury shopping and dining storefronts. The site was named a National Historic Landmark in 2000 for its distinctive Spanish-style architecture.
Highland Park Village is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at 47 Highland Park Village. Store-specific hours are available online.
Knox-Henderson district
The district combines high-end retail and dining along a pedestrian-friendly stretch near the Katy Trail. Stores in the area include Bonobos, a menswear brand focused on custom-tailored business casual attire, Martini Consignment, a brand that curates collections of vintage designer clothing, and Tecovas, a western clothing brand focused on creating hand-made, quality cowboy boots. Brands such as Ralph Lauren, Lululemon and Pottery Barn also have storefronts in the district.

Bishop Arts District
A 20-minute drive from Cotton Bowl Stadium, the Bishop Arts District is a walkable area known for its brick-paved streets, colorful murals and eclectic mix of boutiques and cafes. Shoppers can explore the district’s restaurants, bars, antique shops and boutiques.
