Macie Harter, Adi Hansen and Abbie Gregus: In
OU softball landed its first three transfers of the 2026 offseason in sophomore outfielders Macie Harter and Adi Hansen, and redshirt-junior catcher Abbie Gregus.
Harter spent her last two season playing for Middle Tennessee State where she made 46 starts and led the team in batting average (.346), slugging percentage (.677), on-base percentage (.486), runs (41), hits (46), doubles (15), walks (37) and stolen bases (19) in 2026.
The Ashland City, Tenn. native was also named to the Conference USA second all-conference second team in both her freshman and sophomore seasons and showcased incredible discipline at the plate as she was walked 37 times in 2026, tying the program record.
Hansen posted a .457 batting average in 2026 at Southern Idaho with 24 RBIs as well as posting 24 multi-hit games.
The Logan, Utah native also had stole 85 in her two seasons with Golden Eagles. The speedy sophomore comes to OU with two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Gregus spent four seasons at Loyola Chicago but sat out the entire 2025 season due to injury. She made her return to the diamond in 2026 and made 50 appearances, including 48 starts at catcher.
The New Lenox, Ill. native recorded 52 hits for five home runs and 29 RBIs in her three seasons with the Ramblers and comes to OU with a season of eligibility remaining.
Kasidi Pickering: Out
Junior outfielder Kasidi Pickering has transferred to Texas Tech after entering the transfer portal on June 8 following three seasons in Norman. Pickering is OU’s most notable departure of the offseason so far, as she is the longest tenured player to enter the portal and was an integral part of the Sooners regular season and postseason success.
The Humble, Texas native is one of OU’s top sluggers in program history, clocking in at No. 10 on OU’s all-time career home runs list with 50 home runs, notably tied with Junior utility player Ella Parker and OU legend Keilani Ricketts.
In 2026, Pickering appeared in 59 games, starting 57, and posted a .370 batting average with 61 hits, 61 runs batted in, 66 runs scored and 20 home runs. Defensively, Pickering held a perfect 1.0 fielding percentage with 18 putouts and held a .972 fielding percentage across her three seasons in Norman.

Tia Milloy, Berkley and Riley Zache: Out
Three Sooners entered the transfer portal Monday, May 25, one day after OU fell to Mississippi State in the Norman Super Regional. Freshman right-handed pitcher Berkley Zache, her sister and sophomore catcher/infielder Riley Zache and sophomore utility player Tia Milloy announced their departures Monday.
Berkley Zache and Milloy saw limited action in the Mississippi State series, with Berkley Zache putting in a single inning of work in the Sooners’ game three loss on Sunday, and Milloy pinch-running for freshman catcher Kendall Wells following a wild pitch to the head in the same game.
Milloy appeared in 41 games in her second season in Norman, starting five, and contributed 12 hits for four home runs and 22 runs batted in. On the fielding side, Milloy contributed three putouts and maintained a perfect 1.0 fielding percentage.
Berkley Zache appeared in 14 games in the 2026 season and earned a single win on the limited action. Berkley Zache pitched just over 15 innings with an earned run average of 2.35, and faced a total of 70 batters over that span.
Riley Zache took a medical redshirt at the beginning of the 2026 season after sustaining a concussion and dealing with enduring issues that kept her sidelined for the remainder of the season. In her freshman season in Norman, Riley Zache saw limited action, appearing in nine games and taking the plate just four times. In the 2025 season she totaled just two hits, but contributed three total runs including a run batted in the 2025 regional final.
