Anderson appeared in one game this season against Tennessee but was sidelined for most of the year with a quad injury. He caught 38 passes for 798 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2023, including the game-winning touchdown against Texas in the Red River Rivalry.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder was a four star prospect out of Katy High School in Katy, Texas. With the departure of Anderson, Oklahoma is left with Andrel Anthony, Deion Burks, Jalil Farooq and Jayden Gibson - all of whom missed the majority of the 2024 season - as its primary receivers.
Anderson is the third portal entry for the Sooners along with quarterback Jackson Arnold and wide receiver Jaquaize Pettaway.
