Oklahoma women’s basketball remained No. 9 in the AP Poll on Monday.

OU has not moved in the AP Top 25 and keeps its spot in the top 10 going into conference play.

Oklahoma was undefeated in Dec., going 6-0 during the month. This is the program’s 15th perfect month in its history and its first since December 2022.

The Sooners had only one game this week against New Mexico State where they struggled offensively. They turned the ball over 14 times and had a 33.3% three-point shooting percentage.

Despite the challenges on offense, junior center Raegan Beers secured her sixth double-double of the season and had a career-high four blocks. Beers lead the team with 19 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks.

Next, Oklahoma will stay in Norman and compete in its first SEC matchup against the No. 5 Texas Longhorns (13-1) at 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Lloyd Noble Center on ESPN2.
