Class of 2027 cornerback Mikyal Davis committed to OU on Tuesday, per his announcement on X.

Davis is rated as a three-star prospect according to 247 Sports and is the No. 36 cornerback and No. 10 player in Arizona. In his junior season, Davis recorded 33 tackles and one interception for Desert Edge High School in Goodyear, Arizona.

Davis is the seventh player committed to OU in the class of 2027, and chose the Sooners over Texas, Alabama and Ohio State. Following Davis’ commitment, OU has the No. 2 ranked class in the country and the Southeastern Conference, trailing Texas A&M.
