Come join the Computer Science Student Board this Tuesday, Jan 30th for a primer on regular expressions ("regex"), hosted by upcoming Google intern Charlotte Cabrera!
Regex is a universal tool for finding patterns in data strings. It's used to search and replace keywords, validate email addresses, reformat large batches of text, and more! We'll be teaching the basics of regex syntax, along with highlighting valuable methods of implementing regex in your own projects.
Additional guest speaker: Stephanie Joseph, from the OU Career Center! She'll be stopping by to discuss tips and campus resources to prep for the upcoming Spring Job and Internship Fair (Feb 14th). Come network with fellow CS students, get your questions answered, and have your resumes critiqued by experts!
As always, food will be provided!
