Oklahoma softball's obstruction challenge at the plate was not overturned.

Umpires confirmed that outfielder Maya Bland was tagged out at the plate by Texas catcher Reese Atwood, giving Texas the last out of the game and a 2-1 win.

The call ultimately ended the Sooners 40-game conference winning streak and was the Sooners’ first loss to Texas since April 16, 2022 in Austin.
