Kyler takes hit.
Murray was tackled, and his helmet came off as his head was slammed to the ground. It appears that senior offensive lineman Dru Samia kneed Murray in the head when he was going to tackle the Alabama player off of Murray.
Murray laid on the field while being looked at by trainers before walking off the field under his own power. He sat out one play before returning to the game.
The Heisman Trophy winner has thrown for 220 yards and one touchdown so far against the Crimson Tide.
