Oklahoma replaced freshman quarterback Michael Hawkins Jr. with Jackson Arnold during the first quarter of the South Carolina game. 

Hawkins Jr. had three turnovers putting South Carolina up 21-0 through five minutes of play. 

Arnold was replaced at starting quarterback by Hawkins earlier in the year during the second quarter of the Tennessee game.
