Happy Giving Tuesday, a day in which millions of people across the United States contribute critical support for communities and causes they find meaningful.

We hope readers who value the local news and information our independent student staff provides will consider investing in the OU Daily today.

Additionally, we want to thank our supporters for prior gifts that are helping underwrite Student Media's upcoming purchase of a vital new piece of camera equipment and related accessories. Student Media will soon buy the OU Daily's first mirrorless camera body, following the demise of a nearly decade-old mainstay piece used by our visual teams. Its main circuit gave out during a road football game this fall.

In the spirit of year-end charitable giving, here are various ways to further support the success of OU Student Media and the Daily, which has served OU and Norman since 1916:

Daily merch: We’re re-launching a pop-up OU Daily store, featuring T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, quarter-zips and more. This collection, for which we’ll accept orders through Tuesday, Dec. 9, features the Daily logo used since 2016 and the 1937-42 logo that depicts the Oklahoma Memorial Union’s clock tower.

Tailgate table covers: We’ve partnered with TableGators to produce 6-foot premium table covers that showcase the Daily’s coverage of OU football through the years. It’s perfect for graduation parties, reunions and future tailgates from the North Oval to Copeland Hall.

One-time or recurring donations can be made at any time at our OU Foundation landing page.
