Former Texas freshman wide receiver Parker Livingstone has committed to OU, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel.

Livingstone attended Lovejoy High School in Lucas, Texas, and was a four-star recruit going into college. He recorded 516 receiving yards and six touchdowns in 2025.

The transfer portal opened on Jan. 2 and will close on Jan. 16.
