OU women's gymnastics released its 2026 schedule Tuesday afternoon on X. 

OU will open its 2026 season Saturday, Jan. 10, in West Valley City, Utah, at the Sprouts Farmer’s Market Collegiate Quad. The Sooners will compete against Louisiana State University, UCLA and Utah. The event will air on ABC.

OU will begin Southeastern Conference competition Friday, Jan. 16, at Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. The home opener is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 23, against Georgia at Lloyd Noble Center. The 2025 national championship team will be recognized with a banner unveiling. The team will travel to Kentucky on Jan. 30.

February features home meets against Alabama (Feb. 6), LSU (Feb. 20) and Auburn (Feb. 27). The Sooners will also compete at the Metroplex Challenge on Feb. 8 and travel to Florida on Feb. 13.

March begins with the final regular-season SEC meet at Arkansas on March 6. OU will host Texas Woman’s University on March 8 for Senior Night before traveling to Michigan on March 13. The SEC Championships are scheduled for March 21, with the location to be announced. NCAA Regionals will be hosted by Arizona, Kentucky, LSU and Oregon State beginning April 1. The NCAA Championship will take place April 16-18 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.

OU gymnastics meets will air on ESPN networks, including select events on SEC Network+. Additional broadcast information will be released at a later time.
