OU football (10-2, No. 8 CFP) is set to host ESPN's "College GameDay" before its College Football Playoff game against Alabama (10-3, No. 9 CFP).

This marks the second time OU has hosted the show this season with it being in Norman for OU's matchup with Michigan on Sept. 6. The Sooners defeated the Wolverines 24-13 in its No. 42 appearance on the show and strengthened its record while on the show to 28-14 (67%).

OU's first-round playoff game also means a rematch with Alabama after the Sooners defeated the Crimson Tide 23-21 on Nov. 15 at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
