Oklahoma inked two 2024 prospects on Wednesday.

Four-star power forward Kuol Atak, who committed to the Sooners over Oklahoma State and San Diego State, and three-star guard Dayton Forsythe from Dale officially signed with OU.

Forsythe is the No. 1 recruit in Oklahoma according to 247Sportsโ€™ Composite rankings, and chose the Sooners over Oklahoma State, Santa Clara, Stanford, Wichita State, Villanova and others. The in-state recruit committed to OU on July 20.

The Class 2A product played for Team Griffin on the AAU circuit and led his team to two consecutive state championship victories in 2022 and 2023.

Atak is rated the No. 113 overall player in the nation and stands at 6-foot-9 according to 247Sports. He averages 22.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and one assist per game entering his senior season at Haltom High School in Texas.

The Fort Worth native chose Oklahoma over Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas, San Diego State and SMU.

Forsythe and Atak will have to wait until the 2024-2025 season to join the Sooners, but OU will continue its regular season at 7 p.m. Friday against Mississippi Valley State at the Lloyd Noble Center.
