Two cafes will close on OU's campus in the spring semester and Crossroads will change its weekend hours, according to an OU press release.
According to the press release, the Elements Cafe in the Stephenson Life Science Research Center as well as the Charles W. Graham Café, in the basement level of Gould Hall, will not reopen on Monday.
The closure of these restaurants was a result of a review conducted by OU Housing and Food analyzing profitability, location and traffic.
OU will also change the hours for Crossroads in the Oklahoma Memorial Union to 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Crossroads will also return to accepting meal exchanges all day long.
Additionally, the Jan Marie and Richard J. Crawford University Club located in the union, which recently became available to all patrons with an OU ID card, will offer a variety of new menu items including sandwiches and bakery items.
