The Sigma Alpha Epsilon at The University of Oklahoma has been disbanded in light of a video involving racist commentary on Sunday, March 8, 2015. As of 11:05 p.m. on March 8, 2015 the Sigma Alpha Epsilon letters were still mounted on the fraternity's house. .

The house of former OU fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon will soon be used by the Southwest Center for Human Relations (SWCHR) and the Disability Testing Center, according to an email from OU press secretary Corbin Wallace.

The Oklahoma Kappa chapter of SAE was closed in early March after a video leaked of the fraternity's members partaking in a racist chant on a date party bus. Two students were expelled and about 25 were disciplined in total as a result of the incident.

The SWCHR will fully relocate from the its current location at 3200 Marshall Ave., according to Kathleen Wong, the director of the center.

"I think to have our offices there.... I think it's fitting for transitioning to where the university wants to move (following the SAE scandal)," she said.

Wallace's email said the former frat house will also be used as temporary office space for the College of Arts and Sciences and other colleges.
