OU Daily appointed Alana Trotman as fall-spring sales manager, Chace Massie as fall assistant sales manager and Krista Fleming as fall-spring marketing manager for the 2026-27 academic year.
Trotman is a marketing and economics sophomore and current OU Daily account executive. She joined the Daily in the fall.
Trotman said she had the opportunity to witness great sales managers and she’s excited to be part of that legacy.
“I feel like that’s a really cool opportunity to grow people’s knowledge about sales and also create as many business relationships as possible,” Trotman said.
Trotman said she’s grateful for the opportunity to gain first-hand experience and make an impact.
“Being able to work here and also make a difference in something that I really enjoy doing while working here is just amazing,” Trotman said. “I wouldn't trade the opportunity for anything.”
Massie is an entrepreneurship and marketing senior and currently serves as sales manager. Massie has worked at the Daily since February 2025, previously serving as an account executive.
Outside of the Daily, Massie has served as a digital sales marketer as part of the Price College of Business’ Integrated Business Core program.
Massie, who will graduate in December, said he is excited to support Trotman and “build OU Daily to be the best it can be.”
Massie said the OU Daily means a lot to him.
“Being here at the Daily,” Massie said. “It's really transformed me (and) made me a better person.”
Fleming is an advertising freshman and currently serves as a sponsored content specialist. Fleming joined the Daily in August 2025 as a creative services intern.
Fleming said she’s excited to grow the Daily’s creative services team next year.
“We're fortunate enough to be able to make so many changes and start something that will grow even after everyone here has graduated,” Fleming said.
Fleming said it’s a privilege to work at the Daily where she can get first-hand experience in the industry.
“I know here, everything matters, and it's something that I want to continue doing for the rest of my life,” Fleming said. “So, it's great to just get to grow those skills now.”
Fleming, Trotman and Massie will start serving in their positions in August.
