Celebrating its ninth year, Riverwind Casino will host the Beats & Bites Festival on Friday with live music by country singer Gary Allan and Drive.

The festival will feature a variety of food trucks and vendors as well as a kids’ zone.

Food trucks and vendors 

Cutie Pies Concession offers a wide range of savory and sweet pies, including watermelon pie and a chicken and corn Frito pie. The food truck also serves lemonade and limeades. 

The Wandering Pig, a family-owned food truck, serves sandwiches and bowls such as pulled pork grilled cheese, a luau burger and a teriyaki rice bowl. 

Carnival Eats & Treats has a variety of fair food favorites including corn dogs, funnel cakes, cherry limemades, pizza and pretzels.

Just Chillin’ serves cold drinks and treats such as shaved ice, dirty sodas, iced coffee, slushies and soda floats. 

BlackXican Soul Food Shak offers a mix of Mexican and soul food. Menu items include birria tacos, collard green quesadillas and soul street tacos.

Newman’s Firehouse is a barbecue food truck that has sandwiches and meats such as pulled pork, brisket and baby back ribs. The truck also serves coleslaw, baked beans and potato salad.

Junky Farmgirl Express Boutique, based in Mustang, is a mobile boutique selling apparel, accessories and decor.

Sweet Tees sells a variety of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and earrings, including Oklahoma-themed shirts.

Sugar Shane’s serves freshly made kettle corn and pork rinds with a variety of flavors.

The Saucee Sicilian is a wood-fired oven restaurant and food truck based in Oklahoma City. The truck’s menu has various types of pizzas including margherita, capizzi and ragusa, as well as gluten free crust options. 

Unknown Unlimited, based in Midwest City, was created by three chefs from the Oklahoma City area. The truck serves a variety of burgers, including the signature Smashey Burger. The menu also includes chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. 

Snow Queens serves snow cones with a multitude of flavors and toppings, including bubble gum, banana and dill pickle. The menu also has sugar free options such as cherry, tiger’s blood and white coconut.

The Corndog Cook, based in Norman, serves deep-fried fair food including both footlong and mini corn dogs, deep-fried cheese bombs, Snickers and Milky Ways. 

Big Daddy’s Burger Shack, based in Oklahoma City, serves onion burgers, hot dogs, slaw, chips and bottled drinks. 

Monkey’s Food Truck, based in Oklahoma City, serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine including coconut roasted chicken, fried dumplings and monkeystyle beef.

Red Bone Indian Tacos, based in Lawton, serves authentic Indian tacos, buffalo wings and frybread.

Five Star BBQ and Steakhouse, based in Stroud, has a variety of smoked meats and sides. The menu includes ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken and burgers. The truck’s sides include french fries, fried okra and mashed potatoes. 

Came’s Tacos y Más, based in Newcastle, serves a variety of Mexican food including tacos, quesadillas and burritos. 

The Beats & Bites Festival’s gates open at 6 p.m. with the show starting at 6:30 p.m. at Riverwind Casino. Tickets are available for $11 on SeatGeek.
