OU SCAN/OWL Forecast Series Session 1 - The Basics

Multi part series lead by weather forecasters from the Storm Prediction Center and National Weather Service. This series aims to educated students on weather forecast practices and help them become better meteorologists in the future. Session 1 is lead by SPC lead forecaster Rich Thompson.
