The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-5) and former OU quarterback Baker Mayfield suffered a 34-7 defeat against the Los Angeles Rams (9-2) on Sunday.
Mayfield played only the first half of the game after injuring his left shoulder right before halftime. Mayfield threw for just 41 yards, a touchdown, and two interceptions, including a pick-6. Backup quarterback Teddy Bridgewater played the second half, throwing for 62 yards.
The Rams controlled the game behind a strong performance from their quarterback, Matthew Stafford, who passed for 273 yards and three touchdowns.
The loss dropped Tampa Bay to 1-4 in its last five games and extended its losing streak to three. The Buccaneers will try to rebound on Sunday when they host the Arizona Cardinals at noon, live on Fox.
