Oklahoma linebacker Danny Stutsman announced Wednesday he’s giving a portion of his NIL money to the walk-ons on OU football’s roster.

According to On3’s Pete Nakos, Stutsman will divide $50,000 of his earnings among the team's 18 walk-ons and give each a pair of JBL headphones.

“Every single day we appreciate you guys,” Stutsman said in a Wednesday team meeting. “This team would be nothing without you guys, (and) I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Sometimes you think it’s not seen but it is.”

According to On3, Stutsman has an NIL valuation of $305,000.

Stutsman and the No. 16 ranked Sooners will open the season at 6 p.m. Friday against Temple in Norman.
