OU women’s basketball added its second commitment of the 2026 offseason Tuesday with former Kansas State guard Jordan Speiser announcing her commitment to the Sooners.

Speiser appeared in 37 games with three starts during her freshman season at Kansas State, while averaging 10.2 points, 3.5 rebounds and 22.9 minutes per game.
She shot 38% from the field, including 34.9% from 3-point range and connected on 87.5% of her free throws. Speiser quickly established herself as a reliable perimeter scoring threat, finishing with 20 double-figure scoring performances, leading Kansas State in scoring eight times and ranking No. 3 in school history for 3-pointers made in a freshman season.
Speiser was a highly decorated recruit coming out of high school, ranked as a five-star prospect and the No. 17 overall player in the 2025 class, according to 247Sports. A former Lutheran High School standout from Warrenton, Mo., Speiser was named the 2023-24 Gatorade Missouri Girls Basketball Player of the Year. She also earned McDonald’s All-American recognition.
Speiser joins the Sooners as they continue to build their roster through the transfer portal this offseason.
