Availability
Redshirt sophomore left guard Savion Byrd, redshirt senior cheetah Justin Harrington, sophomore defensive end R Mason Thomas and free safety Reggie Pearson Jr. will not play vs. Cincinnati.
Redshirt sophomore Troy Everett was warming up to start in Byrd's place pregame. Sophomore cheetah Dasan McCullough was warming up at starting cheetah while senior Key Lawrence was preparing to start at free safety.
Defensive linemen Kelvin Gilliam, Davon Sears and Phil Paea and freshmen running backs Daylan Smothers and Kalib Hicks didn't make the trip.
The Bearcats will be without star linebacker Deshawn Pace on Saturday, due to a violation of team rules, head coach Scott Satterfield announced. Pace collected 14 total tackles in Cincinnati's first three games this season.
