Oklahoma football: Samaje Perine injured against Kansas State

Oklahoma running back Samaje Perine appeared to injure his leg in the first quarter of the Sooners' game against Kansas State.

Serine went to the sideline during the Sooners' second drive of the game. He was attended to by the training staff.

Before the injury, Perine had 3 carries for 14 yards on the day. He also had a 25-yard touchdown reception.

Joe Mixon, Oklahoma's other star running back, scored on a shovel pass later in the drive to put the Sooners up 14-0.

Perine sat out the Sooners' third drive and does not have his helmet on the sideline.
