Oklahoma football was scheduled to participate in spring practice Monday, but instead entered the practice facility arm in arm, dressed in all black and announced they would not be practicing.

In the middle of the front rank of the procession was coach Bob Stoops, and athletic director Joe Castiglione was also in the ranks.

An OU spokesperson described the demonstration as a decision made by the team's leaders and head coach Bob Stoops.

Monday's practice will be re-scheduled, but the OU rep was unsure of how it would affect OU's spring schedule and when the team would make itself available to the media.
