1959 Orange Bowl: Oklahoma v. Syracuse

In the 25th edition of the Orange Bowl, Oklahoma used big plays to down the Syracuse Orange 21-6, the first of which came from a 42 yard rush from Prentice Gautt. Following a Syracuse fumble near the Sooners goalline, Brewster Hobby completed a halfback pass to Ross Coyle, who took it 79 yards for the score. The final Oklahoma touchdown came on 40 yard punt return from Hobby late in the third quarter.
