Air Force One (R) -- During a routine flight from Moscow, the president's plane is hijacked by terrorists. Fortunately, a wily Bob Dole is also on the plane, pumped and ready to clean house with his ever-present clutched pen. Doooooooolllle! (3 out of 10) Robinson CrossingConspiracy Theory (R) -- A whacked-out Mel Gibson thinks he knows the answer to everything in this movie. Julia Roberts is his winsome sidekick, and boy are they sure good-lookin' conspiracy theorists. (Not reviewed) Robinson CrossingCop Land (R) -- Just across the bridge is Cop Land, where houses are made out of donuts and all faucets spew hot coffee. Watch as Sylvester "Puffy" Stallone keeps things under control. (7 out of 10) Village 6Event Horizon (R) -- Something's coming over the horizon ... it appears to be a bad movie with no plot featuring Lawrence Fishburn and Sam Neill! You may want to steer clear of this stinkeroosky. (6 out of 10) Village 6Excess Baggage (PG-13) -- Yes, this movie stars Alicia Silverstone. No, it isn't about the much-hyped weight gain she experienced last year. Silverstone fakes her own kidnapping and then gets kidnapped. "If only I could reach that switch to turn on the bat signal ...." (6 out of 10) Village 6Fire Down Below (R) -- Stephen Seagal plays a generic guy in a generic town with a generic goal. But no one cares if this movie doesn't have a plot because it stars Stephen Seagal. (Not reviewed) Robinson CrossingG.I. Jane (R) -- Demi Moore leaves her clothes on but takes her hair off in this lovely movie. Any sane woman would tune in to see how to become a Navy SEAL the Demi way. (7 out of 10) Robinson CrossingHoodlum (R) -- Lawrence Fishburn is a hoodlum. Tim Roth is one, too. They are hoodlums roaming the streets of New York. If you need another reason, Vanessa Williams is in it. (Not reviewed) Village 6Kull the Conquerer (R) -- Kevin Sorbo, not to be confused with Tom Servo, is a hunk of flesh 'n' muscle for this film. It's just like TV's Hercules, but it costs money to see it. (Not reviewed) Robinson CrossingLeave it to Beaver (PG) -- Why, oh, why must Hollywood tamper with the TV world? This naive '50s TV show has no business being in '90s cinema, fouled up beyond all recognition. But you might like it. (Not reviewed) Robinson CrossingMen in Black (PG-13) -- As if mind-erasing tools, teeny guns that take out whole blocks and universes that fit in the palm of your hand aren't enough, this movie has Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, too. What a bargain for less than six bucks! (8 out of 10) Village 6hello there & you too
