Say what you will about OU players and their actions off the court (and field). We criticized some of those athletes earlier in the year in an Our View. But Blake Griffin has been a great representation of our university this season with his actions on the hardwood.
The sophomore sensations has been bloodied, bruised, racked and even flipped over someone’s back in a move that resembled that of Stone Cold Steve Austin.
How did Griffin retaliate? He didn’t. He kept his cool. Shrugged it off. All while players on the opposing team were being ejected.
So kudos to the national player of the year and potential first-round draft pick. You represent OU, and the Sooner State, well.
What do you all think about the situation?
