It is typical of university professors to treat with contempt the taxpayers who support them and the parents who overwhelming support and expect a free exchange of ideas. The idea that cells formed or evloved by random, purposeless forces such as natural selection is absurd to many of us and the arguments for it should be fair game. The narrow minded religious bigots of the past have been reincarnated as liberal university professors who posit their beliefs while on the public payroll.
