Okay, just by looking at my screen name I think you can probably see which side I stand on. I'm not going to defend Oregon's uniforms or how the recruits really like them or that they are cutting edge technology, 30% lighter than last years uniforms or that designs on the shoulder pads are there for a purpose other than aesthetics -- by now I'm sure you are picking up on my sarcasm but I digress.

You that right about white and black being a part of almost every school's colors. Not much I can do to defend the gray Oregon has incorporated other than that it too is kind of a neutral color.

The diamond plate that you call tread marks (like a jeep has) and the the wings on the shoulder pads are there because that is where the uniforms take the biggest hits; the most wear and tear. Oregon has a lot of money --okay, Nike has a lot of money but they can't afford to replace them after every game.

I and many others love the uniforms and we think they rest of you are all just a bit jealous of Oregon. I'm not sure why it would be coming from you Sooner fans? OU is UOs daddy. The only way Oregon could only beat Oklahoma was by paying off those refs.
