The important thing to remember here is that the would-be robber was incapacitated and posing no threat to Mr. Ersland after the initial attack. Mr. Ersland had the right to shoot the first time, but only because he had a gun pointed at him. Mr. Ersland walked by Parker several times before shooting Parker again, this appears to be enough evidence for a premeditated killing. Although, on the other side Mr. Ersland could definitely say he was not in a right frame of mind, because he could have still been startled from the initial attack.
What Mr. Ersland did was right concerning the first attack, but not the second attack.

D Wade single-handedly lead his team into the postseason after a disappointing previous season. He has a strong cast with Beasley, Chalmers, and O'Neal, but without D Wade the Heat would be nothing.
