According to the UPB website, the concert is at 8:00 with doors opening at 7:30. Simple fact-checking, anyone?

Things like this are what UOSA needs to be focusing on -- not "Puppies on the South Oval". If I want a puppy on the South Oval, I'll adopt one from a shelter and take him for a walk. I want lower tuition, and it's up to our elected student representatives and the administration to work out a mutually agreeable situation.

Kudos to the OU Daily for having the cojones to publish what is proving to be an unpopular piece. Opinions shouldn't be only for the voice of the majority.
Granted, Travis could have used less charged language in his criticism of President Reagan, but then again, it is his opinion, and he's an opinion writer for the paper. No one's forcing you to read it.
And shame on you, mythman, for trying to conflate an opinion on an already deceased person with one of the most violent acts of the last couple years.

Just because a soldier would be allowed to declare that he/she is homosexual or bisexual doesn't mean they're going to start buggering each other in the showers or that their assault rifles will be decorated with frilly pink bows. People need to get a grip on what ending DADT will logistically change -- correct answer: "not much."

Phantasmic Night Furies will snatch the Snitch and represent OU at regionals!
@colby_j19: Search for the group "Hogwarts on Campus" on Facebook -- they'll post meeting times on there.

Don't get rid of Darren, whatever you do. He makes the bumpers between innings totally worth it!

DylanC94, you must be a freshman here. Welcome to "quality journalism" as defined by the Oklahoma Daily.
If you played a drinking game where you took one shot for every error in this story, you'd end up Sigma Chi'ing yourself.

For the love of God, people, get over it. It's a satirical cartoon. It's going to offend some people. If you don't like it, get a job for the Daily and draw your own cartoons.
For the record, it made me laugh. And it's also made me think about the perceptions of various groups on campus. Isn't that the point of satire -- to make you both amused and contemplative?
