BoomerSooner25, If you dont want it, then don't sign up for it. Just like everything else nobody is forcing you to do it, it just an option for those who prefer it. The arguements agaisnt it are stupid, I hear people say "well it will just cause guys and girls to hook up". Get real, like that doesn't happen anyway. If someone wants to live in gender-neutral then let them! How does it change your life in any way?????

I love the word usage in here, Saying a tree was "deposited" on the roof. Sounds like the storm placed a number 2 on there. Which it kind of did!

I don't know if I can buy into Nate Weaver's story though. A "horrendous moaning noise and rocking his car back and forth"? Sounds to me like he was creating his own storm in the back seat...

What an odd situation. This would be like if Michael Price wasn't allowed into Price college, but slightly different.

Melmo I will dunk on you so hard that you will go crying to your mama.

God forbid someone to state they think something is poorly written and a shame especially when it is about someone who has passed away at a young age.

Get some thick skin and move on. If the Daily is going to start crying every time someone leaves a negative comment, then why do they even allow them?

Read the article, it is unbearable. Anyone who would sit here and defend this is clearly associated with the Daily or the author.

Steven Zoeller, you ought to familiarize yourself with a real newspaper before you defend the way articles appear written in the Daily.

When I die I would consider it a honor if the Daily DID NOT write an article about me.

Melmo are you kidding me? It is called a paragraph, something which you learn about in the second grade. Read slowly and follow along...

Associated Press style, the style that hundreds of papers use, says to use dead as the word, Melmo said.

The only headline they could have really used was "OU graduate student found dead in adams center", Melmo said.

"What would your alternate headline be", Melmo said.

This is pretty much the same headline you'll find whenever someone is found dead, Melmo said.

The article is not poorly written either- it was written with what they knew, Melmo said.

Now they could put together an article which uses a paragraph or continue to talk like small childern.

Is there not an editor at the daily? Who writes "Stroud said" at the end of every line?
