I wonder how many OU students know that their University President, David L Boren, was the principal architect of the present ballot access law when he was Chairman of the Elections and Privileges Cmte of the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 1973-74? It would be interesting to interview President Boren for his position on the subject today?
