Senior third baseman Sydney Romero throws to first base in the first game against UCLA June 3.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma faces elimination in the Women's College World Series after a 16-3 loss to UCLA on Monday night. It was the Sooners' worst loss of the season, and the most lopsided outcome in WCWS championship series history.

The Sooners hope to reach Wednesday for a series-deciding game three. Here are some details for Tuesday's game two:

Date: Tuesday, June 4

Time: 7:30 p.m. CT

TV broadcast: ESPN

Location: USA Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City

Game three, if necessary, will be at 7:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 5. Junior Oklahoma LHP Giselle Juarez and UCLA ace Rachel Garcia will be in the circle for game two.

Head coach Patty Gasso is going with an adjusted lineup for the third time since Oklahoma's 7-3 win over Alabama to earn a spot in the WCWS championship series. The lineup moved senior left fielder Falepolima Aviu to the seven-spot on the batting order, while bumping sophomore right fielder Jocelyn Alo and senior second baseman Caleigh Clifton up a spot — third and second, respectfully.
