In the 2018-19 season, Freeman averaged 3.2 points per game. The Aukland, New Zealand native will graduate in May.
Freeman entered the NCAA transfer portal right after OU's loss to Virginia in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Although just a junior at the time, Freeman participated in senior night.
Freeman's transfer comes in the wake of a nationally acclaimed class of 2019 that features NBA Academy forward Anyang Garang and Rivals No. 37 class of 2019 prospect De'Vion Harmon, a point guard out of Denton, Texas.
