Despite Oklahoma's 72-71 loss to West Virginia Wednesday night in the Big 12 Tournament, ESPN's Joe Lunardi still has the Sooners going dancing in the NCAA Tournament.

Lunardi had Oklahoma as a No. 9 seed facing UCF in the first round heading into Wednesday's game, but now he has the Sooners as a No. 10 seed facing Cincinnati in Des Moines, Iowa.

Oklahoma has been up and down all season, after starting the season 11-1 and then losing five straight in the month of February. In similar fashion to last year, OU started hot and finished inconsistent down the stretch.

And just like last year, the Sooners will be holding their breath on Selection Sunday to see if they'll get to dance. Selection Sunday will take place March 17 at 6 p.m. ET on CBS.
