The 6-foot-2, 196 pound recruit out of C.E. King High School in Houston, Texas, chose OU over 23 other schools, which includes Texas and Alabama, per Rivals.
Washington is the 14th recruit of Riley's 2020 class to verbally commit, and the eighth verbal commit since May.
