The two senior offensive linemen accepted their invitations to participate in the game, it was announced Thursday.
Both Powers and Samia are All-Big 12 first team members, and Samia is the co-Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year.
Last year, quarterback Baker Mayfield, fullback Dimitri Flowers and linebacker Ogbonnia Okoronkwo participated in the Senior Bowl from the Sooners.
The game will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2019, in Mobile, Alabama and be televised on the NFL Network.
