Oklahoma linebackers Devante Bond and Jordan Evans did not practice Tuesday, defensive coordinator Mike Stoops said Tuesday.

He was unsure when the pair would be available again.

Evans injured the muscles "behind" his knee against Kansas State Oct. 17 and has not played since.

Bond sustained a left ankle injury against West Virginia Oct. 3. He has missed games against Texas, Kansas State and Texas Tech since. Last week, Stoops said Bond practiced, and he expected the linebacker to play against Texas Tech, however.

"We're just playing it by ear," Stoops said. "It's really day-to-day. Those ankle sprains and the calf sprain — those guys need a lot of lift. They need explosive speed and that's the last thing to come around from those injuries."
