Oklahoma football: Baker Mayfield ties FBS record for consecutive games with two touchdown passes

ARLINGTON, Texas — Oklahoma senior quarterback Baker Mayfield tied the FBS record for consecutive games with at least two touchdown passes on Saturday during the Big 12 Championship against TCU.

Mayfield has now thrown two touchdown passes in the last 26 games, tying Kellen Moore's record. Mayfield's first two touchdown passes of the game went to junior tight end Mark Andrews. His third touchdown pass went to sophomore receiver Mykel Jones. 

So far, Mayfield is 13-of-18 for 174 yards and three touchdowns. The Sooners currently lead 31-17.
